1. Sending out invitations to your guests. But don’t worry, we’ll provide you with communication templates, follow up reminders, and an RSVP form that Saint + Social will use to track RSVPs and dietary restrictions.
2. Approving major vendors and signing contracts. Saint + Social will curate a list of options for you to quickly and easily review.
3. Showing up to your dinner party, enjoying the evening, and connecting with your guests. Saint + Social will help you plan out and write your remarks, and we’ll also keep an eye on the clock throughout the evening so your dinner party follows the schedule.
We maintain a curated list of trusted vendors and thoroughly vet new vendors. After discussing your event objectives, we’ll provide you with some options tailored to your dinner party’s vision and budget. Once decisions are made, we’ll handle all vendor coordination.
We sure do! All day-of coordination is taken care of by Saint + Social.
Saint + Social requires at least 2 months to properly plan your dinner party, however most clients start planning their event 4-6 months out to take advantage of the best vendor rates.
